Shipping:
Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The charges are as listed below by weight and zone. We ship from the east coast, New Jersey. We will also include Signature Confirmation which is an additional charge of $2.20.
Our products are light in weight and therefore relatively inexpensive to ship with this method. The usual charge will generally be the mininum of $4.80 plus $2.20 for Signature Confirmation for a total of $7.00 for per item order anywhere in the Continental US $2.00 of handling fee will be added for your each extra item.
International orders and outlying US territories will require additional fees. Per item charge will be US $11.35 for Priority MailŪ International Flat-Rate Envelope to all countries and territories. There will be US $2.00 of handling fee will be added for your each extra item.

Return Policy:
Please note: You MUST contact us via email at info@urjade.com BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT be refunded
Please note: Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Please note: Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Please note: If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.
